Check Details on Invoices
There are two reasons why the names of people who are checked are not put on the invoices. Firstly, that information is classified as 'sensitive data' and to put it on the invoices would mean a breach of our data protection obligations (emails are not secure). Secondly, some of our clients do thousands of checks per month making it impractical to include them.
However, If you go to the Admin section of our secure website and select the second report from the left (Account Activity), you can view usage by individual users over any given period, and export reports in the format that suits you best.
